By accessing or using Teacher Studio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Teacher Studio is a multi-tenant platform that enables instructors and academies to manage students, schedule classes, accept payments, and create public storefronts. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Organization owners are responsible for managing team members and ensuring that all members comply with these Terms. You may invite instructors, students, and parents to join your organization.

The Service offers multiple subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified during checkout.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card details directly.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of a charge to request a refund.
Instructors and academies may collect payments from students through the platform. Teacher Studio facilitates these transactions but is not a party to the agreement between instructors and students. Instructors are responsible for delivering the services they offer.
You retain ownership of content you create on the platform, including storefront pages, course materials, and assignments. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Teacher Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As an organization owner, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to collect and process student data through the platform.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation poses a security risk. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teacher Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or via notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
